Comprehensive Portfolio Management and Financial Planning:
Our fees for Comprehensive Portfolio Management and Financial Planning are based upon a percentage of assets under management, subject to a minimum fee of $10,000 according to the schedule below:
First $1,000,000 : 1.00%
Next $4,000,000 : 0.75%
Above $5,000,000 : 0.50%
Annualized fees are paid pro-rata quarterly (January, April, July, and October). Fees are paid in advance at the beginning of each billing period, and are assessed based upon the account asset value(s) on the last business day of the previous billing period.

How will we work together?
From the beginning, your needs will dictate the scope of our relationship. At a minimum, we'll meet on an annual basis while proactively reaching out to help coordinate financial decisions throughout the year - acting as your financial concierge. We'll base our communications around what works best for you, including holding meetings virtually or outside of our office if that is more convenient.

WHERE WOULD MY MONEY BE HELD?
We provide clients with a firewall between their advisor and where their money is held. We help our clients establish accounts with Charles Schwab Institutional, a third-party custodian that is unaffiliated with ArborFi Advisors.
Should you ever decide to discontinue your relationship with us, you are free to continue to maintain your accounts where they are or transfer the assets to any other institution you desire.
